Traveling to Sea Isle for Natasha's family portrait session was a slice of Summer bliss. As we made our way to the sand dunes just off the beach home her and her family had rented, a calming ocean breeze whirled around us, and that golden hour -- oh, that golden hour -- started playing peek-a-boo.
The session was full of laughter and baby sounds, ocean waves kissing the shoreline, and many moments where I found myself saying, "Oh my goodness this liiiiight, guys. Come back over for one second. One more shot". Natasha's son Carver was a dream to photograph. His eyes mesmerized me behind the camera and his personality elevated everyone's mood.
Sunset sessions hold a special place on my heart, and it's not just the dreamy, smooth light. As the world around me slowly shuts her eyes, I am gifted many peaceful moments while documenting, and my joyful smile almost glows brighter then golden hour.
